Hello MLC Instructors!

It’s the first weekend of March already – where did the season go? It’s going to be a fairly busy weekend lesson-wise, but very busy with special events on the hill with Ski to Defeat ALS and other teams with more than 350 athletes and 50 volunteers. Please keep this in mind when traveling around the mountain. Also, the Snowboard Outreach Society (SOS) will be here with 50 students and their volunteer instructors on Saturday meeting in the SnoBlaster room – so if you see some unfamiliar people teaching group lessons out of uniform – well it’s OK – these are the SOS peeps!

Teaching Hour Report – You can run this yourself now!

I’ve detailed instructions on how to do this at the link below. The hardest part will be you remembering your password – ask Scott Hege! You’ll need to login to the Dayforce website (not the app). See this:

End of Nights Team Member Event – Thursday Evening

This is the last weekend of regular night operations. We are offering 3 bonus nights next Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings – and then that’s it for nights this season. On Thursday after we close for day operations at 4pm we’ll re-open for a team appreciation night. You can get all the details about the “par-tay” here:

Sunday SnoBlasters – About 100 kids!

We have over 100 Sunday SnoBlasters starting this weekend. This is the largest Sunday SnoBlaster turnout in “ages.” They will meet on-snow in the SnoBlaster corral off the south Lodge deck and pickup any rental boots in the Program Room. Be sure you direct guests to the right lesson meeting area – you know – by asking the right questions when being helpful!

Thanks and see you this weekend!
