There are a lot of on-line tools used here at Mt. Hood Meadows. Let’s figure it all out.

DayForce

DayForce is the website and service Mt Hood Meadows uses for all departments for applications, on-boarding and resort wide employee communications. All staff will either apply or re-apply at this website as their first steps to employment or returning employment at Mt. Hood Meadows. This is the website where you check your schedule and complete your time sheet for your work day. You can login here: Dayforce or download the DayForce app to your personal mobile device – details here: https://mhm.snowproportal.com/check-your-schedule

MHM INSTRUCTOR PORTAL

The Mt. Hood Meadows instructor portal (this site you’re on now) is a department specific website that is used primarily for Ski & Snowboard School communications like schedule submissions, calling in sick, signing up for clinics and training, creating and editing your publicly searchable profile and a whole lot more. If you have any questions about anything, the first place to look is the instructor portal.

SKIHOOD.COM

The skihood.com website is the public website that has all public information about pricing, services, conditions, etc.

As an employee you may create an account and login to do various things like track your turns, check you “Loyalty Points”, and add money to your pass so you can pay for food (for example) using your employee pass.

How do I earn Loyalty Points?

  • It’s easy – you earn 20 points on every dollar you spend on qualifying Mt. Hood Meadows purchases. For example, a $50 purchase would earn 1000 Loyalty Points.
  • The following purchases are excluded from earning Loyalty Points; Season Passes (or Loyalty Card), Lift Tickets, Gift Cards, Oregon Snow Park Permits and Consecutive Week Programs (which are already greatly discounted).
  • You can only earn points on purchases for yourself, your spouse or dependents.
