Hello Meadows Learning Center Instructors!
The weather is NOT looking favorable for tomorrow. The Kids Camp has been postponed until Wednesday and Thursday – tomorrow (Tuesday) has been cancelled. If you are a part time instructor or are scheduled for Kids Camp tomorrow you do NOT need to report for duty.
All others report for duty as scheduled!
Full Time instructors and those instructors not assigned to Kids Camp tomorrow should report for duty as scheduled. The weather is unpredictable and we need to be prepared to teach lessons for all who come to the mountain. We are OPEN, and we need to plan to open everything as usual unless a revision is made in the morning due to weather. We do have 14 on-line reservations for tomorrow, so there will be lessons to be taught.

How do I call in sick?
If you are not going to make your lesson shift, please send us a message using this form on the linked page below as soon as you know. Call ins less than 4 hours prior to the start of your shift will be subject to review, and you should attempt to make verbal contact with a supervisor (if less than 4 hours prior to the start of your shift), so we know you’ll not be making it by calling 503-337-2222 ext. 1374 (the Day Care Desk).

How do I request a schedule change?
You cannot change your schedule yourself once it has been submitted. You can view your current schedule as mentioned above. If you need to make a schedule change or want to pick up an additional shift use the link below:

My schedule submission – is it approved?
We are diligently reviewing and entering schedules that have been submitted. Assume that your schedule has been approved as submitted unless you hear otherwise from us. That means, even if you do NOT see any scheduled days (yet) when checking your schedule from home (link provided above), assume that the schedule you submitted (which also included a confirmation email of the dates you submitted) is good to go.
