Did I already mention to you … we’re opening tomorrow for the 2017-18 season! It’s going to be a great time to be here and the Pray for Snow Party is tomorrow night starting at 4pm.
You WANT to teach this weekend!
It’s going to be great skiing and riding and I know you want to be here on opening day to enrich people’s lives – and your own life! If you attended the Wednesday orientation and are available to teach this weekend, please send an email to Mark Fischer ( mark.fishcer@skihood.com ), to see about working. We need 10 alpine and 10 snowboard instructors to work on Saturday and/or Sunday. We have heard from some of you, but we need a few more. First come, first serve!
You WANT your pass, I know!
If you attended Wednesday’s orientation and have submitted a schedule you will be eligible to have your employee pass activated (if you still have yours from last season), or pick up your employee pass in HR. The priority is given to those employees who are working this weekend, so please be patient as HR is processing paperwork as fast as they can.
If you are coming to Orientation on Saturday, please don’t ask for your season’s pass. You will be able to complete your pass agreement form, and then once you attend the company and department orientations, we will be able to sign off on your pass agreement and HR will activate your pass within 24-48 hours, assuming there are no glitches with your on-boarding process. For those that are working, but don’t have your season’s pass yet, HR will issue you a day pass for the day you are working.
