Hi everyone, I hope you all had a great summer.
We have some exciting news to pass on and the way each of you will be rehired this season. The company is using a new program called Taleo to process all job applications, and I believe this will be a quicker and easier way for us all. It is required for every returning employee company wide to apply using this program. There are no exceptions, even myself, Chris, Lisa, and Josey needed to reapply. The best part is we no longer need to fill out I-9 and W-4 forms unless there has been a change from last year forms or if a document you used on last years I-9 form has expired.
We will still be required to fill out a background check, like we have in the past. This form and any other forms will be supplied to you online once that part of the program is ready to on-board employees.
