Hello Instructors!

https://www.skihood.com/cams/vista

It was an amazing week with 4 back-to-back bluebird days with the whole mountain open. It’s going to be an amazing weekend, so plan to get here early! Come this weekend ready to enrich the lives of our guests, your fellow instructors and yourselves.

Toyota Nights are Back – We Need Your Help!

Last weekend we skipped Toyota Night. This weekend Toyota Saturday Night is back where we have about 94 Alpine guests and 76 Snowboard guests coming to learn to ski and snowboard tomorrow night – from you! We are going to need 4 to 5 more alpine and snowboard instructors to join us tomorrow night. This is a great opportunity to pick up some teaching hours you might be missing. If you can add Saturday night, please reply all to this email. Yes, you will earn a ticket for a friend or family member for adding this shift.

Annual Team Member Survey

Please help us make Mt. Hood Meadows an even better place – your comments and suggestions shape our next steps. This is a deeper look into your satisfaction with a 21 question survey. It has easy score items and places to make comments in each section. As we have been doing this year, the survey is anonymous, however if you wish to leave your name you may do so after any comment you make. Your name will appear to managers and directors and will only appear only on the exact comment you make, not the entire survey.
