Hello MLC Instructors!

The holiday break is upon us and we are hoping you will be able to join us in enriching the lives of our guests over the holiday period. If there is a particular day you’d like to work over the holidays that is not a scheduled day, please let us know you’d like to pick up a shift here: https://mhm.snowproportal.com/schedule-change-requests. There was a misprint in the schedule submission tool, so if you are available to work the 3-day Holiday camp on January 2-4, please submit a schedule change request to add/revise those dates.

https://www.skihood.com/-/media/Skihood/Callouts/Mountain/1415_Mountain1.jpg?mw=276While the weather tomorrow is looking rather interesting, see this: https://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lon=-121.6688576341901&lat=45.34194381514135#.Xfv3sOhKiUl however the skiing and riding was really good earlier in the week and it looks like it will be getting better as the weekend progresses. I hope you get a chance to come up over the next few days. Everyone from the Meadows Learning Center is wishing you an awesome holiday and we hope to see you soon!

SCHEDULE SUBMISSIONS

There was some confusion in my previous email. You can and should submit your schedule ASAP. I let our part time instructors know that you could not schedule days prior to December 20 to work, but you may submit your schedule anytime – like right now. If there are particular dates that you wanted to work, but are no longer available, please add these dates to the comments field at the end of the schedule submission form and we will see if we can add these dates to your schedule commitment.

You will need to login to the instructor portal to submit your schedule. If you don’t know your password you can reset it here:

https://mhm.snowproportal.com/password-reset

If you know your password then please proceed to submit your schedule here:

https://mhm.snowproportal.com/current-staff/instructor-schedule-submissions

SCHEDULE APPROVALS AND INCONSISTENCIES

If you have submitted your schedule and NOT heard from us just yet please assume that your schedule submission is approved. We are getting schedules added to Dayforce as fast as we can. If you see any discrepancies or inconsistencies in what you signed up to work and what is in Dayforce, please let us know by submitting a Schedule Change Request at this link: https://mhm.snowproportal.com/schedule-change-requests

REHIRE TRAINING

Be sure to also sign up for Rehire Training on the clinic calendar here. The dates are on the calendar but for you speed readers they are: Dec. 19, 20, 21, 22. You must be logged in to sign up to attend. Choose your clinic date here: https://mhm.snowproportal.com/calendar.

We will be adding more Rehire Clinic dates possibly before the end of December and most definitely in January. There will also be other trainings added to the calendar to be sure to check back. You can also manage your own attendance by using this link to view and cancel your own event attendance: https://mhm.snowproportal.com/events/my-bookings

COMPANY ORIENTATION

If you did not attend the company orientation in person, you may watch the company orientation video and complete the quiz on the instructor portal – this is one hour’s paid time. You can add your time in Dayforce once you complete the on-line orientation. We will verify your on-line attendance as well as your time. If you need help with adding your time, please email Jillianne.Wagner@skihood.com

Watch the company orientation (if you did not attend in person) here:

WHERE’S MY PASS?

If you attended orientation in-person and submitted your schedule we will deliver your season’s pass form to Human Resources where you can pick up / activate your pass. If you watched the company orientation on-line and have submitted your schedule you will need to complete a pass agreement form available from one of your managers, then have it signed by a manager, and then you may take it to Human Resources for fulfillment.

If you submit your schedule at 9pm tonight, don’t expect your pass form to magically arrive at Human Resources by 7:45am tomorrow. There is actually a real human the reviews your schedule, enters it into Dayforce, checks your Orientation attendance, signs your pass form … then … hand delivers it to Human Resources.

Hope to see you soon!

Tyler
