Hello MLC Instructors!
I’m sorry to keep sending email to you all about accessing your lockers and personal belongings, but the situation is rapidly changing. Please refer to my previous emails about how to turn in your uniform. Today, there have been quite a few people coming to the mountain to retrieve their personal items. Once again, there is no rush to do this at this time. Your items are safe and secure in your locker. We are not planning to do anything with lockers for several weeks or until social distancing restrictions have been lifted.
Unfortunately, due to the many people coming to the lodge and hanging out in the locker room and other parts of the lodge, and not following the social distancing CDC requirements, the following access controls have been put in place for the safety of you, the DPS team and everyone else. Per the message below, an extenuating circumstance for example, might be that you are moving back home.

Hello,
Effective immediately until further notice DPS will be limiting the amount of public and team members coming to retrieve personal gear out of lockers. Unless there’s extenuating circumstances that require items to be retrieved from locker we will have the lodge locked up. We are encouraging team members and guest to stay home and away from the resort to practice social distancing to prevent the spread of the virus. Arrangements need to be made with DPS for items to be retrieved from locker and needs to be a extenuating circumstances . We’ve had multiple team members wanting to get there gear go hike for turns and return gear back to locker. To make arrangement please email DPS@skihood.com or call 503-337-2222 ext 1318
