Hello MLC Instructors!

Jeremy Riss shared a message via the Dayforce app however I also wanted to send you an email with that message too in case you’re no checking your Dayforce app these days. Below is his message:

Good afternoon Meadows team members,

We know that many of you still have personal belongings in your lockers up at the resort. At this time with the governors’ shelter in place order still in affect we are asking team members to leave their belongings at Meadows for now if at all possible, to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

We are aware there are a few team members who might have an essential urgent need to retrieve your personal belongings while the order is in place. If you feel you fall into this category you can request an appointment at this link: Https://forms.skihood.com/locker-appointment/. We will be reviewing requested reasons and may cancel your appointment and ask you to wait.

These appointments are only for those who have lockers in the North or South Lodge. If you have a locker in another building and have an essential urgent need to retrieve your belongings, please reach out to your Manager.

Below is some information for those who do make an appointment:

1.       You will be assigned a Manager that will meet you at the breezeway entrance to the south lodge.

2.       If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you.

3.       Only you by yourself will be allowed in the lodge, if you have someone with you please have them wait in the car.

4.       We will provide a cart and ask that you take everything in one trip.

5.       Please wear a mask to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

6.       While at the resort please respect social distancing restrictions and stay at least 6 feet from any other person at the resort.

7.       During the appointment process you will agree to a Covid-19 Responsibility Pledge that anyone coming to Mt. Hood Meadows at this time must agree to. Please read it carefully as we are taking it very seriously.

We hope you are all staying safe and healthy.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Riss
