Hello MLC Family,
Many of you know Greg DeHaven. He’s been part of our mountain family for many seasons. He is an Alpine instructor, trainer and overall awesome person. He wanted me to pass along some sad news about Ann, which some of you may have already been aware of:
It is with a Soul overflowing with tears and a Shattered Heart that I, Greg DeHaven, must now share with our Mountain Family that my precious, beautiful wife Annie, the absolute “Love of my life”, shared our last “I Love You” holding one another in our arms. Annie breathed her last breath experiencing no pain, only love. After a 2 year fight, Annie finally received a liver transplant on December 30, 2021. Annie and I were at our home, where Annie was recovering beautifully. Saturday, February 5, Annie’s beautiful, loving heart just suddenly stopped beating. I wanted to let everyone to know that Annie travelled through this with AMAZING GRACE. Annie’s message, through me to our Mountain Family, is to really love life, in every moment. Live with passion, reflecting acceptance, light, and grace.
With love and highest regard,
Greg DeHaven
