Early Load Clinic: 7:45 – 8:45am
Early load clinics are offered on Buttercup Terrain and will run 1 hour from 7:45- 8:45am every Saturday, and Sunday mornings.
MEET: 7:45am, discuss rules, etiquette
7:50am, move towards Buttercup to prepare loading.
This is a PAID Clinic- Enter “Non-Teach Instructor” into Dayforce.
These clinics will operate before the public is allowed to load and our actions and language will be under scrutiny at all times. Trainers and instructors should be self-aware of behavior at all times. We are setting the bar in which the public views Mt. Hood Meadows Learning Center. The early load clinic is a privilege afforded to Meadows instructors by the resort and its operational staff. Strict adherence to the rules below, breaking of rules will remove instructors privileges.
Clinic Expectations
Instructors will be:
Uniformed appropriately, GREEN COATS
Safe & Responsible at all times
Polite & Considerate to Lift & Mountain Ops
Ready to load at 7:50 AM SHARP!
Late arrivals MUST load with the Early Load Clinic Group and Clinician. NO SOLO RIDERS!
60′ clearance (3 packer widths) given to all groomers on the mountain.
RFID Gates will NOT be used.
Content will be:
Quickly addressed before chairlift discussion
Additional discussion – out of public view at top of Buttercup
Practiced in one run each, not stopping to talk
