My Call Ins

First ride with ski patrol down the mountain and to the mountain clinic complete, unfortunately also the first bigger injury off-duty of the season. Jordan with ski patrol got my info and said he would report to my supervisors but I wanted to submit this too. Blew my knee out and undetermined cause. They put me in a splint and crutches and gave PT referral. Have appointment for this Friday. Currently at ER and getting an MRI referral to make sure it’s not a surgical tear and have all bases checked. Will report back the minute I know what the injury is and healing looks like. Will have to not be boarding this week but could help out at work anywhere where I could sit or just be standing on my crutches if needed - please just let me know. Trying to get all shifts for this week covered on Dayforce in the meantime. Let me know if there is anything else I can do please! So sorry y’all. I wasn’t even hardcore riding is the worst part, had JUST strapped in and barely gone 5 feet before I caught a terrible edge and it buckled under me. Hoping for the best.
