Instructor Update 3.21.17

Hello all,

 

Every week we send out a Survey to our guests, which is where most of the positive guest comments come from in the weekly updates.  We will now be sharing this information every week to you so you can see how Ski & Ride School is doing according to our guests.  Please see the attachment to see where we stood last week on making a great impression during our lessons.

 

Scheduling Needs

 

OR Spring Break – We are looking a little short staffed during Oregon Spring Break especially the Mon-Wed of Spring Break Camp.  If anyone would like to pick up an extra shift, please contact Hallie.Fall@skihood.com, Josey.Rice@skihood.com, or Mark.Fischer@skihood.com. 

 

Upcoming Events

End of Programs Party – We will be having a Ski and Ride School Party to celebrate the end of Programs, so if are ready to party it up. It will be held Sunday, March 26^th from 6-8 pm at Naked Winery 102 2nd Street Hood River, OR 97031.

5^th Graders Ski Day – If you are able to come up and show these kids a good time, please let myself or Mark Fischer that you would like to be part of this. Dates are April 5, 7 and 11^th.

3^rd and 4^th Graders Ski Day – The 3^rd and 4^th graders get so jealous that the 5^th graders get a ski day that they want one too.  So we are going to give it to them on Friday, April 14^th.  If you would like to be part of this, please let one of us know.

 

Extras

 

Meadows Team Survey 2017 – please don’t forget to take you Employee Survey this season.  This is your chance to tell us what you really think of your job!  We take your comments seriously and have made many positive changes to Ski & Ride School based on what you told us from last season.  Those include: higher wages, more full time staff, full time training manager, more consistent communication, etc.  Remember we can’t make any changes unless we know what you want.

 

You have until Thursday, March 23rd to complete the Survey.

Nicole was great! Very patient despite my ability (or lack thereof) and the weather conditions…

Robyn was so positive and also appropriately challenged our daughter. We were very happy with Robyn. Good job!

Evan was great, wish I could have afforded more time.
