Welcome Home – November 12 – Meet in the Children’s Learning Center in Sahale Lodge at 8AM

The schedule for the Welcome Home session on Wednesday November 12 is as follows:

• 8:00 – Meet in the Children’s Learning Center – Sahale Lodge

• 9:15 – MLC Welcome in Vertical – 3rd Floor North Lodge

• 10:15 – Module Rotation #1

• 11:30 – Module Rotation #2

• 12:30 – Light Lunch provided – sandwich makings with dietary options

• 1:45 – Module Rotation #3

• 3:00 – Company Welcome Home Session in Vertical

• 4:05 – Social with non-host bar (beer, wine, soft beverages)

The vegetarian and vegan lunch options are limited, so if you have your own favorite items to bring to supplement this is encouraged.

Dayforce Onboarding

The HR Team is processing many employee accounts now, but they are slightly behind on getting through 400+ instructors as well as the other 700 team members. If you have not received an email about completing your Dayforce onboarding, don’t worry – it is coming!  We expect many will be processed Tuesday morning, so please check back mid-day on Tuesday November 11.

Please attempted to complete your Dayforce onboarding just as soon as you are able. We will have computers available on Wednesday morning to complete anything you need help with.

Be sure to bring your I-9 documents with you on this day. I-9 documents include an unexpired US Passport or Green Card OR an unexpired state-issued Driver’s License AND an original Social Security Card or Birth Certificate. Copies or photos of these documents are not acceptable. Please bring original documents. You will also need to setup direct deposit, so have your bank account and bank’s routing number, too.
