Multi-week Programs Cancelled
SnoBlasters, Trail Blazers, College and High School Programs are cancelled. If you are a PART TIME instructor assigned to a program lesson tomorrow you are not required to show up. These programs will automatically extend another weekend and we’d love for you to be able to continue with these students next weekend if at all possible.
Full Time Instructors – report for duty as scheduled
If you are a full time instructor you are to report for duty regardless of whether you were scheduled for programs or not. We will be using all our full time staff first and your duties may be reassigned tomorrow morning as we determine lesson volumes.
Part Time Instructors – SCHEDULED FOR A DOUBLE – report for duty as scheduled
If you are a part time instructor scheduled for a double tomorrow (there are about 25 of you), please plan to come as scheduled for both shifts (day and evening) even if you were scheduled for programs. We will reassign you as needed based on business volumes. We expect the evening lessons volume to be BIG as the Toyota special already has close to 200 people signed up on-line. We do expect the weather may have some impact on guest attendance.
Part Time Instructors – Scheduled for DAY ONLY – you may stay home
If you are a part time instructor who is scheduled for day only, you are welcome to stay home tomorrow. But if you’d like to come up and “storm ride” then please come up as regular walkup lessons will be occurring and the weather could mellow out by afternoon.
Part Time Instructors – Scheduled for NIGHT ONLY – report for duty as scheduled – check for update by Noon Saturday
If you are a part time instructor who is scheduled for NIGHT only, please plan to come up, however check your email around Noon on Saturday about evening operations. We expect the evening lessons volume to be BIG as the Toyota special already has close to 200 people signed up on-line. We do expect the weather may have some impact on guest attendance.
