Nordic Training: Instructor Development – Skate and Classic Skills

2:00 pm – 3:30 pm after work 

This clinic will help Nordic Center instructors continue to develop their Skate AND Classic skiing skills. We’ll focus 45 minutes on each technique, with a goal to improve and refine as many areas as possible.  During the clinic we’ll review and practice critical movements for each technique and focus on common challenges. There will be a quick check-in on group goals, as well as skill level assessment to fine-tune the clinic to the group.  Meet at the Nordic Center on snow January 24, 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm.  Sign up before January 23 at 3:00 pm.  We must have a minimum of 3 people sign up or we will cancel this clinic.  Max participation is 8 people. 

Bring skate and classic equipment; if you need rental gear please arrive early enough to get your gear ready. We’ll start on classic skis but confirm when you arrive.
