Movement Analysis:  The process of observing a movement, evaluating the relevance and effect of that movement on other movements and the action of the tool (skis/board), and prescribing the changes for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.

Movement Analysis is lead by our Training team, however, we encourage all disciplines to attend and sharpen their eye on tool/snow performance and the body movements that effect the tool performance.

This is a great opportunity to connect with your fellow instructors off the slopes and hone your Movement Analysis skills.
