Crossover Clinic: Come try Skate Skiing at the Nordic Center!
March 8, 1 PM to 3:00 PM
Come meet the Team at your Nordic Center and get an intro lesson to how to Skate ski! This technique is one of two styles of cross country skiing, the other being Classic. We generally recommend folks have some background in XC to try skating as it is a higher aerobic activity. Skating on skinny skis is quite different than alpine skis so come feel it out!
Meet at the Nordic Center on snow March 8 at 12:45 for a 1:00p start time. Sign up before March 7 at 3:00 pm. We must have a minimum of 3 people sign up or we will cancel this clinic. Max participation is 8 people.
We can rent you gear upon arrival, dress in layers!
