Join the Meadows adaptive team for an introductory training into skills and tools for supporting guests with vision impairments or low vision!
This is a mandatory training/refresher for instructors working with low vision and vision impaired students. The training will consist of time indoor and on snow sliding, come prepared with your boots on and equipment.
The training will consist of time outdoors.
3:45PM – Meet Outdoors – Adult Lesson Corral
Paid: Yes, In Uniform. Instructors must NOT be scheduled for a shift.
Dayforce timesheet:
- Job Assignment: Meeting/Training Attendance
- Instructor Paid Activity: Meeting / Training Attendance
- Comment: Cognitive adaptive training
If you are planning to attend this lesson and you are scheduled to work, you must ask to be taken off the schedule ahead of time so that we are not counting on you to teach a lesson.
Prerequisites:
ANY Adaptive Introduction Clinic (virtual or in-person)
OR
