  • M= Meets lesson hour goal for commitment. Shows up on time and gives adequate notice when they are sick or need a schedule change.
  • N= Needs improvement lesson hour goal for commitment. Shows up late more than 10% of shifts and/or fails to give adequate notice when sick or needs a schedule change.
  • O=Wears uniform as depicted in training materials 100% of the time. Wears nametag on non-uniform items when working indoors in guest-facing areas to distinguish them as a team member without a reminder.

  • E=Wears uniform as depicted in training materials 100% of the time and wears a name tag when reminded when wearing non-uniform item in guest-facing areas when working indoors.
  • M=Wears uniform as depicted in training materials 90% of the time.
  • N= Wears uniform as depicted in training materials less than 90% of the time and needs some reminders for what is proper.
  • O=Follows MLC policies and procedures 100% of the time and leads by example, contributes and shares information at morning huddles and meetings, or similar.

  • E=Follows MLC policies and procedures 100% of the time without reminder.
  • M=Follows MLC policies and procedures 100% of the time but needs reminding of policies to be in compliance.
  • N= Needs multiple reminders of MLC policies and procedures or has 1or more Yellow Cards. Examples could be showing up late to schedule work area; not completing time sheets at the end of their shift; submitting more than 4 schedule change requests; calling in less than 4 hours before their shift, etc.
  • O= Meets our safe and respectful workplace initiatives 100% of the time within and outside of home department, with guests, and advocates for others. Demonstrates exemplary team and guest interactions. Takes initiative to be helpful wherever needed.

  • E=Meets our safe and respectful workplace initiatives 100% of the time within and outside of home department, with guests, and advocates for others. Accepts other job duties without hesitation.
  • M=Strives to meet our safe and respectful workplace initiatives 100% of the time within and outside of home department, and with guests.
