Extra Credentials add $.50 to your instructor wage; not to exceed high end of certification wage range. Your last credential may not be a complete $.50 due to the max range in your certification category. Credentials include: PSIA-AASI Children’s Specialist, Freestyle Specialist, Senior Specialist, USSA/USASA Coaching Levels, etc. For a full list of credentials that would influence your instructor wage, please see a manager or the MLC Administrative Supervisor.

Meeting and Training Attendance wage is for all paid time that is not teaching like pre-season meetings, morning meetings, huddles and paid training.

If you are trained and work in another department area like Lift Operations as a Lift Operator, Rental Center as a Rental Technician or in Guest Services at a point of sale, your wage is coded as “Non-Teach” with “temp labor” designation and you are paid your teaching wage.
