If you are taking this Nuts & Bolts Course, you are on the Instructor Portal. You should take some time after the completion of this course to click around and find all the resources that are available to you on this website.
Be resourceful. Rather than sending an email to your supervisor and waiting to hear back, please seek your answers on the Instructor Portal.

What do we do here?
Anything that a Meadows Instructor might need to do is most likely here, including:
Schedule and Availability Submissions – Tell us your season availability here and set your schedule!
Calling in sick/Calling out (red quick link on homepage) – Call out within 72hrs of a scheduled shift
Schedule Change Requests (orange quick link on homepage) – Pick up a shift, change your existing shifts, drop a shift more than 72hrs in advance
Training/Clinic Calendar (green quick link on homepage) – Sign up for professional development and train for your national certifications
and, Cancel a Clinic (blue quick link on homepage) – If won’t make your clinic, please cancel so we can plan accordingly
