All instructors should feel motivated to attend professional development trainings during the season.
- Variety of topics (Fun zones, Experiential Learning, Riding / Skiing improvement)
- You pick the dates / times that fit your schedule
- Find them on the Instructor Portal here: https://mhm.snowproportal.com/calendar
- Must signup in advance on the Instructor Portal for all clinics
- Clinics with, “(paid)” in the title will be paid, you must enter a timesheet for that time (Meeting/Training Wage)
- There are a multitude of Voluntary/Unpaid clinics that are for you to gain professional knowledge and improve your craft – this is a huge instructor benefit you should take advantage of.
When viewing the Clinic and Training Calendar you can filter your view by using the category drop down and move the calendar from month to month using the arrow buttons. Tapping or hovering over the event title in the calendar will provide a preview in an overlay. Clicking or tapping on the event title on the calendar will take you to the event with more details and a sign up form.
