When you almost have an accident, we fill out “Near Miss Reports”
Think of it like this: If time and space were altered slightly, there would have been an accident
- Why do we need to collect this information?
- It reduces the risk of someone having the accident that you almost had.
- When would I fill one out?
- If there is any time that YOU almost get hurt while working (could be on or off the snow)
