Injury Protocol

Keep the Scene Safe mark the area with skis and ensure the group is in a safe location
Contact Patrol- 503-438-3216 (Right now: Save to phone favorites for ease of access)
Write down witness names and contact information, on paper or in your phone
Report the injury to a Supervisor:
- CHILD (under 18yo) report immediately
- ADULT (18+) report at the end of the lesson
- STAFF – Report the injury the day of even if it is minor
Fill out GUEST or STAFF injury form with Supervisor
Reflect on your choices that impacted the incident
