Mt Hood Meadows pays employees by direct deposit, either using a bank account or pay card. You may opt-out of this in the onboarding process. We encourage all employees to use direct deposit.

Dayforce Wallet allows you to access your wages when you earn them rather than having to wait until pay day.
This could be a great tool, however, if you request pay advances before your timesheet has been authorized, and a supervisor has to edit your time, there could be a discrepancy and deficit.
There would be disciplinary actions in the case.
