Private and Semi Private Lessons
You may be assigned by a supervisor to the Private Lesson area for a day, or you may have been requested for a Private Request Lesson by a guest (You would receive email or text coorespondence from the Private Lesson Supervisor prior to any Private Request Lesson).
Meeting location:
- Private Lesson Meeting Area slopeside of the Sahale Lodge
Meeting and Lesson Times:
- 8:45 am meeting for the 9 am lesson
- 10:00 am meeting for the 10:15 am lesson (Semi-Private meeting time)
- 12:30 pm meeting for the 12:45 pm lesson (Semi-Private meeting time)
- 1:45 pm meeting for the 2 pm lesson
* We ask that if you are scheduled to be on the private board, that you show up to the meeting area 15 minutes prior to the lesson, even if you see that you are not assigned a guest. This will help with any last-minute bookings. This would be paid as line up time.
How to check Private Lesson Reservations:
- The reservations are available to view in the MLC Office area, MLC Full Time Instructor Locker Room, the MLC Sales Desk in Sahale or you can ask a manager to share the Google sheet with you so you can view it on your phone.
- Semi-Private lessons will be 2 hours or more and will have between 2-5 people included in the lesson. They will only meet at 10:15 or 12:45. Single person privates can be 1 hour or more.
- Your name will appear on the line that you are assigned to, the details are as follows:
- Name, number of guests, Age, Ability Level, length of lesson (1 hour, 2 hours etc), and any requests or special instructions.
- The name will be clear (white) if they are reserved but have not checked in yet and will be yellow if they have checked in. See the example below:
