Our training program is one of the best in the nation, with staff trainers who have come to our resort from far and wide because it’s such a great place to work and play. They help you gain the knowledge and tools to become a great instructor. It’s an intense training program that will prepare you to teach great lessons and get people excited about snow sports! Step 1: Non-Experienced Instructors (Never Taught Skiing/Snowboarding Before) – Complete the FREE E-Learning Course (required)
When you’re ready to embark on one of the most memorable jobs of your life, then please go to the PSIA-AASI E-learning website and take the New Instructors Course. It’s totally FREE, and will prepare you for the on-snow training coming up in December! Completion of this course is a prerequisite for on-snow training and hiring for many ski & snowboard schools and the completion certificate is recognized across the country.
Please save your certificate of completion (PDF) to your computer or device as you will need it to sign up for the on-snow training days in Step 2 below.
Step 2: Non-Experienced Instructors (Never Taught Skiing/Snowboarding Before) – Reserve a spot in the FREE On-snow Instructor Training Course
Be sure to reserve a spot in our FREE on-snow instructor training course starting either the first or second weekend of December. See your application response email or the form for specific dates and times. Lift tickets will be provided. You should plan to provide your own equipment and outdoor clothing for training.
