Team Members have a benefit of earning a free or discounted unlimited Season Pass for their Dependents
- Full Time
- Employees who work 4 or more days per week on a consistent basis earn:
- Unlimited Season Pass for self and dependents
- Part Time
- Employees who work regularly scheduled shifts totaling 2-3 days per week earn:
- Unlimited Season Pass for self
- Dependent season pass for $100 per Dependent.
- Children age 6 and under are free.
- Employees who work regularly scheduled shifts totaling 2-3 days per week earn:
*DEPENDENTS are defined as a spouse, domestic partner or child 22 years of age or under. Identification, proof of relationship and
proof of age (for child) is required.
- Human Resources determines whether a relationship qualifies for dependent pass status.
- Any employee who quits or is terminated will have their pass, as well as their dependent pass/passes, deactivated.
Once the Instructor has fulfilled the requirements for receiving their own Season Pass, and submitted a Dependent Pass Application form on the MHM Team Site, dependent passes will be given to department managers to be picked up.
