In order to get your Employee Season Pass, you must do each of these things:

  1. All onboarding forms are submitted, including:
    1. I-9 submitted in Dayforce and verified in person at Human Resources or MLC Admin
    2. Background Check completed (+18yo)
    3. Minor Pass Agreement paperwork completed and submitted (minors)
  2. Get picture taken for pass in Human Resources or at the MLC Admin offices
  3. Fill out Employee Passholder Agreement form in Dayforce (as part of your Onboarding)

Once ALL of these things have been completed, your pass will be activated.

  • If you are a returning team member, you will need to use your existing media card, or you can have a new one printed at any point of sale.
  • If you are a new team member, your pass will be printed and you can either pick it up from MLC Admin or from HR.
