Dayforce Work Assignments
We try to make work assignments no later than 5pm the day before your stated work availability so that you know your assignment sooner than later.
Check and refresh your Dayforce app to confirm changes in your assignment. The following may appear:
- “Available for Work” – we have not yet made an assignment for you, please standby
- “Scheduled for __________” – please report for duty at the assigned location (Programs, Children, Adults, etc.) on time and ready to work
- “No Work Available” – you do NOT need to report for duty for that shift
If your assignment still says “Available to Work” at 5:30pm the day before your scheduled shift, please contact us at skischoolsupervisors@skihood.com to confirm your schedule. Sometimes we make errors or something has changed last minute.
Please note:
We do NOT use the “Availability” feature in Dayforce, so please DO NOT use this feature in the Dayforce App. Instead Submit your season schedule in the Instructor Portal.
