Intermediate zone teaching and tethering a slider, skiers (tip tethering), and snowboarders (hip tethering)!
Tethering is an essential part of being able to teach standing adaptive lessons. In this clinic, you will learn skiing/riding/teaching/tethering skills that are essential to improving.
Tethering is an essential skill to develop if you are interesting in becoming one of our physical adaptive lesson instructors!
Training Info
Instructors will be on snow and indoors for the day for 5 hours with a 1-hour lunch break.
9:00am – Meet in the Adaptive Room.
- Morning: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
- Lunch: 11:30 AM to 12:30
- Afternoon: 12:30 to 3:00 PM
Paid: Yes, In Uniform. Instructors must NOT be scheduled for a shift.
Dayforce timesheet:
- Job Assignment: Meeting/Training Attendance
- Instructor Paid Activity: Meeting / Training Attendance
- Comment: Tethering training
If you are planning to attend this training and you are scheduled to work, you must ask to be taken off the schedule ahead of time so that we are not counting on you to teach a lesson.
