Nordic Center: Movement Analysis practice for Nordic Center staff 

February 12th, 2 PM to 3:30 pm 

This will be an opportunity to practice movement analysis (MA) on the ski trails with your Nordic Center peers. The goal is to get comfortable with applying MA skills which will help in L1 & L2 exam settings, as well as in your teaching at the Nordic Center. Please review the Cross Country Technical Manual from p. 116 to 122, as well as refresh your knowledge of the Sports Performance Pyramid. We’ll plan to get out on the trail as quickly as possible and will split our time between MA focused on classic and skate skiing. 

Meet at the Nordic Center on snow February 12th, 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Sign up before February 11 at 3:00 pm. We must have a minimum of 3 people sign up or we will cancel this clinic.  Max participation is 8 people.
