Alpine – Reboot (Paid)

Let’s kickstart your season!

This clinic is intended to “reboot” your skiing and teaching after some time off.

AM Session:

• Teach the First Time Experience Progression with your peers.
• Refine your demonstration of FTE activities/drills

PM Session:

• Learn the 6 Teaching Skills Fundamentals and identify how you ALREADY are integrating them into your lessons; how is your training modeling these teaching skills fundamentals during the Reboot clinic?
• Explore what is similar and or different from a wedge, wedge christy, basic parallel and dynamic parallel.  How does our rotary focus carry through these beginner, intermediate and advanced zone activities?

Come with an open mind and ready to learn, mix-and-mingle and reconnect with the team of instructors!  Our goal is to have a consistent and clear first time experience for our guest and set up our fellow team members to lead an extraordinary lesson.

This is mandatory, paid training for all returning instructors.

You should NOT be scheduled for a shift.

When completing your timesheet in Dayforce you will enter the duration of the clinic time(s), excluding your lunch break, using the job assignment “Non Teach Instructor _MLC”.

Uniform MUST be worn to attend with your NAME TAG.
