Hello MLC Instructors!
We do expect to be busy today. The main lot was full at 8:30am yesterday. All lots were full yesterday and guests were being diverted to the community of Mt. Hood for shuttles back up to the mountain. We expect the same situation today, so please leave early and don’t get parked out.
Due to icy road conditions in the Portland Metro area **some (not all) ** transportation buses have cancelled for today. What does this mean? Well, the students who participate in our lessons that are on those buses will not be here today. However, other buses have NOT cancelled and some lessons students drive up themselves with their family of friends. Those lesson guests we will accommodate in their regular lesson time and location.
Many of you are seasoned winter drivers – you’re instructors, right? That said, if it’s not safe for you to commute from your location due to local road conditions, please use the call in form on the instructor portal to let us know and we can reschedule today’s shift for another day.
