Hello MHM Staff!
Snow is on the ground, the new Buttercup Lift is being load tested this Saturday and it is very likely we will be open BEFORE Thanksgiving. Details to follow on opening date as Mother Nature drops more snow and we know more from mountain operations. That said, we have some important dates coming up – please see below!

Schedule Submissions – Whoop, whoop!
We listened to your feedback about making sure we have the right balance of staff scheduled on each day – not overstaffed or understaffed. Additionally, we are keeping with the same commit levels for the various scheduling options this season. Based on your schedule option choice, various programs and individual days will appear during the schedule submission process. Also, keep in mind that the schedule commitment is the minimum days required to meet your schedule commitment and receive your employee benefits (pass, meal discounts, etc.) but we’d love for you to pick more days to work and share your passion with our guests.
As you choose your shifts you will see a notation of “spots left” – if you see we have high needs where there are many spots left, that’s a clue that we need you on that day. If you see a day that has “1 spot left” it might be better to choose a day where we have higher scheduling needs.
It’s great to work at a job you love and be able to pick the days you want to work to fit your schedule – I don’t know of many jobs that allow this level of flexibility or fun! There are so many great changes at Your Mountain Home and we hope you’ll enjoy each and every day you’re here to teach!
As a reminder, the instructor portal (https://mhm.snowproportal.com ) is a different system than the MHM Human Resource on-boarding website.
You will simply login with your email address and your new password.
We have reset everyone’s password on the instructor portal to: powder360
Go here to submit your schedule – login IS REQUIRED:

Note: If you are an experienced instructor new to Mt. Hood Meadows or a Non-Experienced Full Time Instructor … we will be sending you your login credentials to the instructor portal next week, so please be looking for a welcome email with account information to the instructor portal.
Thanks and see you next week!
Tyler
