Commitment Completion Form

Use this form when you have met your season commitment for SHIFTS and TEACHING HOURS.

Full Time – 4 to 5 Shifts per Week – 200+ teach hours

Part Time – 24 Shifts – 60 teaching hours

Part Time – 18 Shifts – 45 teaching hours

Part Time/Jr Instructor – 10 Shift – 28 teaching hours

Please complete this form once you have fulfilled or are nearing the end of your season commitment to the Meadows Learning Center. If you are planning to resign from Mt Hood Meadows, please do not use this form; instead, contact the Administrative Supervisor via email or in person to initiate the necessary procedures.

Please use the Dayforce Report 'Instructor Teaching Hour Summary List' to review your teaching hours for the season. This feature is only accessible on a desktop or laptop computer, and you are welcome to use a computer in the Sup Bowl for help with this task. When reviewing your hours, please remember to include an additional 2.75 hours for each shift labeled as 'No Work Available' - you will need to manually calculate and add these hours to the report total.
