Hello all,
Last weekend was the start of February Programs and it was a great success! Saturday was probably the easiest beginning of programs we had for a while. Sunday was an adventure, but everyone’s willingness to help out and work together really made it a success. Thank you all for all your hard work in programs and other areas of Ski and Ride School to make this weekend a success. Keep up the good work!

Scheduling Needs
· President’s Weekend – President’s Weekend is fast approaching. Where has this winter gone? As most of you remember, and if you are new you will see, this is historically one of our busiest weekends.
We are looking for more staff to be able to teach on Saturday-Monday, February 18th – 20th. Sundays we are particularly short staffed in general, so if you were thinking of which day you would like to pick up, Sunday would be a good one.
If anyone would like to pick up an extra shift day or night, please contact Hallie.Fall@skihood.com, Josey.Rice@skihood.com, or Mark.Fischer@skihood.com.
· Sundays in February – Due to the number of guests that we have been consistently having on Sundays we are finding ourselves short instructors in February. If you would like to add Sundays in February, please let us know!
Upcoming Events
· 5Th Grader Ski Day- There will be about 20 kids coming up from Mosier School on February 22nd for a 5th grader ski day. We are looking for some instructors that would be willing to come up and teach this great group of kids. Please let us know if you are interested in being part of this.
· Warm Springs Monday, February 13 – Warm Spring Reservation will be joining us for lessons on Monday, February 13. If you would like to come up and teach this amazing group of individuals, please let us know.

· You can now check your schedules from home! – It’s here! What you all have been waiting for. We can now check our schedules from home. Thanks to Tyler Barnes, you can now go to this URL: https://mhm.snowproportal.com/check-your-schedule and login in with your employee number like in the employee lounge.

· Robin was my ski instructor and he was excellent in teaching skills so i can advance my knowledge and have enough to practice after the lesson. Very friendly, encouraging and supportive
· Great ski instructors for our son Jaden (8 yr old). He was in green/blue class. He had an excellent experience and really improved his skiing after two full day lessons!
· Staff are always kind and curious. I understand they deal with a lot of people each day and as someone who works will call they are all very professional. And as someone who use to work with Kids your staff teaching the kids lessons seem to have a blast and the kids enjoy it.
· The lesson services are excellent. The instructors do a great job of creating a supportive and fun environment. I always leave feeling like I’ve bettered my skills
· Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but the first time snowboard instructor did a fantastic job and made my first snowboarding experience one I’ll never forget.
