Hello all,

Not only have we been breaking records with how many guests we have taught this season, but we have also reached a high with our NSAA Guest Satisfaction rating for Overall Lesson Experience.  For season to date through January 15th, our score was 8.9!  This beats last year’s total of 8.7.   Awesome job everyone!  It really shows how amazing you are with rocking the guest experience and producing amazing lessons.  Keep up the good work!

I visited meadows this past Tuesday and took my first lesson snowboarding from Matt Huang.  He was a great teacher, I was super awkward at the beginning of the lesson and uncomfortable on the snowboard but by the end of the day I was able to go down from the buttercup lift feeling a little confident.  That was an awesome experience.  So, thanks to Matt.

Perfectly wonderful ski lessons yesterday!  Thank you Bonnie you are an awesome instructor – hope to see you again soon.  Thanks!
