It was great to see everyone at the Employee Appreciation Party. It was such a great time. Congratulations to the raffle ticket winners. Here is this weeks update:
Scheduling Needs
· Daily Operations for Bonus Weekends- Meadows will have a change with their daily operation schedule starting in May. This will affect our Ski and Ride School line- up times.
o May 7 & 8th – Open 9 am-2 pm – Lessons offered at 10 am, no PM lessons
o May 14th – Open 9 am – 2 pm – Lessons offered at 10 am, no PM lessons
Upcoming Events
· End of Season- May 14th – The last day of the season is May 14th!
· End of the Season Procedure – We have just 3 more days left in the season! Don’t forget to come up and clean out your locker!
o Let us know when it’s your last day
o If you are done and do not think you will coming back up to ski or ride, please turn in your uniform and clean all your personal items out of your locker.
o If you think you will be back up skiing before the end of the season, but won’t be teaching, you are welcome to leave your personal belongings, but please turn in your uniform.
o Take your uniform to Laundry, if Laundry is not open, place in clear plastic bag with name and leave in front of Sue’s office.
o All personal gear must be cleaned out by May 14th. Any gear left in lockers will be donated.

· Employee Survey Comments –This week’s Action Plan is for Pay. This concludes the weekly action plans for this season, but will continue to work on listening to our staff and their needs to make our Ski and Ride school the “Best in the West”.

· Supervisors and Managers are continuing to monitor recaps and RTP for any possible mistakes and making corrections as needed.
§ Future Plans
· Managers and Directors have proposed a new instructor wage matrix starting next year and are waiting on approval.
· Managers and Directors have also proposed a new base wage matrix and are also waiting on approval.
· Instructor staff will be notified on specifics when proposal is approved.
