The Junior Instructor Program is for high school aged students who are 14 to 17 years of age.
All minor applicants go through the same application process, however those who are 16 or 17 years of age may “test out” of the Junior Program to full instructor. Those who are 14 and 15 years of age will be Junior Instructors until they turn 16, at which time they are eligible to “test out” to full instructor. The junior instructor program is very popular and high competitive, so it may take more than one season of applying before being hired.
