SUMMARY:Nordic Instructor On Snow Training
DESCRIPTION:Brush off the fall fatigue and get ready to TEACH!\n\nWhether y
 ou're a returning Nordic instructor\, a new hire\, or crossing over from A
 lpine/Snowboard to Nordic\, this clinic is your chance to shake off the ru
 st\, sharpen your skills\, and get ready for the upcoming season.\n\nThis 
 is a mandatory\, paid\, full-day training on snow for all Nordic instructo
 rs. We'll spend the day building personal skiing skills\, developing teach
 ing strategies\, and getting everyone feeling confident and prepared for t
 he season ahead.\nThere are two sessions offered\, and you should attend o
 nly ONE. If you cannot make either session\, please reach out to Nordic@sk
 ihood.com so we can make other arrangements.\n\n\nWe'll cover skating fund
 amentals in the morning and beyond-beginner classic strategies in the afte
 rnoon\, with team photos\, safety reminders\, and a waxing/rental walkthro
 ugh scattered throughout the day. A more detailed agenda will be shared cl
 oser to the clinic date.\n\nClinic Details\n\nTraining begins promptly at 
 8:30 AM and will wrap up around 4:00 PM. We'll meet at the Nordic Center\,
  conditions permitting. If weather or snow conditions require a change of 
 plans\, updates will be sent via email closer to the clinic date.\n\nThis 
 is paid training\, so wear your instructor greens and name tag (which may 
 be at the Nordic Center). Bring your own lunch. Nordic rentals are availab
 le\, but if you have your own gear\, we encourage you to bring it!\n\nPre-
 Clinic Questionnaire\n\nWe will be sending out a pre-clinic questionnaire.
  We'll use your responses to organize on-snow groups based on skiing abili
 ty and teaching experience so we can make the most of our time together an
 d tailor the training to the needs of the team.\n\n\n\n\n\nLet's get our s
 kis under us\, get our teaching brains warmed up\, and make this a great s
 eason for Nordic!
