DESCRIPTION:First Tracks Training is a fast\, fun\, early-morning on-snow c
 linic designed to sharpen teaching and technical skills in just 45 minutes
 . Offered every Friday\, Saturday\, and Sunday throughout the training sea
 son\, these focused sessions take advantage of fresh corduroy and first tr
 acks to kick-start your teaching day.\nEach clinic includes a few purposef
 ul laps on Buttercup Run with high-level trainers. The learning focus is s
 hared at the top of the chairlift\, followed by a full-run task and a ride
 -up discussion topic to reflect\, connect\, and refine. Instructors leave 
 with practical takeaways and clear focus points they can continue to pract
 ice for the rest of the day—starting their day confident\, engaged\, and
  ready to teach.\nSIGN UP THE EVENING PRIOR BY 6:00PM!  No walk ups will 
 be allowed.\n\nAssignments for the day:\n\n 	Adult or Children's for the d
 ay - you are approved to miss the morning meeting scheduled at 8:30am\; yo
 u are responsible for learning the information shared at the morning meeti
 ng.\n 	PROGRAMS you are NOT able to attend an Early Load Clinic and MUST b
 e at the 8:30am meeting.\n 	First Tracks clinics DO NOT take precedence ov
 er setup or other opening duties.\n\nSNOWCATS HAVE THE RIGHT AWAY!  When 
 you hear a snowcat approaching\, GET OUT OF THE WAY &amp\; STOP!  Allow t
 he snowcat to pass.\n\n7:45 AM SHARP! Booted &amp\; Suited.  Meet at Adul
 t Lineup Corral\n\n 	7:45 AM Carry skis/boards from Program Rentals to Pro
 gram Corral (Dynamic Warm Up0\n 	7:50-7:55 AM Trainer will request early l
 oad from lift ops\; slide as group to base of Buttercup\n 	8:00am Load But
 tercup as a group with a trainer the LEAD.\n\n8:00 AM Load Buttercup\n\n 	
 Upon arrival at Buttercup\, TRAINER will ask for verbal approval to load l
 ift.\n 	Trainer &amp\; Instructors MUST load the lift at the same time.\n 
 	Wait for instructions from your trainer at the top of Buttercup.\n\n8:45 
 AM Wrap UP\n\nMUST BE SIGNED UP THE NIGHT BEFORE. \n\nNO LATE ARRIVALS.\n\
 nPAID Clinic. \n\nMust be in UNIFORM to participate in this clinic. \n\nIf
  you are assigned to morning setup\, you must get that covered by someone 
 else and approved by a supervisor. Early load clinics DO NOT take preceden
