Part 1 of this clin ic will cover BLOCKING and SYNCHRONIZED RIDING. These are vital skills for adaptive lessons.\nAssist\, Second (noun): \n\n ...an MLC instructor tha t has completed the Rockstar Assist/Second Clinic and was evaluated to pos sess satisfactory skills. \n This instructor will assist the lead instruc tor in the lessons helping to load and unload equipment on chairlifts\, he lp when the lead instructor requests more student stability or help with t ransfers\, help carrying extra equipment\, and they will ski behind the pa rticipant and instructor to provide a safe environment. This role can also help in motivating the student and providing a safe lesson.
